How long does it take to Registered a
Limited Company?

You have to be given a company number within 2 to 5 days.

Building a limited company is just one aspect of the process and can take different timeframes based on your demands.

It takes between 3 and 5 days for us to register your company number. You may thus establish your bank account fast, as the bank will need your company certificate that we are supplying. Once we receive your company number, your training package will be forwarded to you by post.

When a business is registered, it normally takes between 10-12 working days after a submission, after you choose to be registered for VAT & Corporate Tax.

We also apply on-line and do not utilise manual procedures, since VAT & Corporation tax numbers can therefore be restored longer.

We may also make your first yearly return 6 months after your firm is established. With this return you don’t have to provide accounts and it is fully prepared by us
