  • A registered office, unless the provider confirms the address qualifies, because a PO box is not accepted
  • Proof of residence with banks, Revenue or immigration, where a mailbox may not be accepted
  • A licence or permission that needs physical premises
  • Changing where your company is managed and controlled for tax
