Income tax, corporation tax, VAT and payroll all run on dates and rules that change with every budget. We keep you on the right side of Revenue, look for the reliefs you are entitled to, and tell you plainly what it will cost.
A tax consultant earns their fee when the answer depends on your situation. Salary or dividends. Whether a purchase qualifies for capital allowances. Whether you are about to cross the VAT threshold.
We look at the whole picture first, personal and business together. Then we work out what Revenue expects and when, file what needs filing, and keep looking for what could be done better.

Short, plain answers.
They overlap. An accountant usually prepares accounts and returns. A tax consultant advises on decisions before they are made, such as structure, timing and reliefs. With us the same team does both, so the advice and the filing match.
For self-assessed taxpayers the 2025 Form 11 is due on 31 October 2026, extended to 18 November 2026 if you file and pay through ROS. Companies file their CT1 by the 23rd of the ninth month after year-end. VAT3 returns are due on the 19th, or the 23rd on ROS.
If PAYE is your only income, usually not. If you also have rental, self-employed or other untaxed income, you generally need to file. Revenue myAccount shows what Revenue already holds on you.
A surcharge applies to a late return: 5% of the tax due, up to €12,695, if you are less than two months late, and 10%, up to €63,485, after that. Interest also runs daily on tax paid late.
12.5% on trading profits and 25% on non-trading income such as passive income. Large multinational groups with consolidated revenue of €750 million or more are in a 15% regime.
Yes. Once you link us as your agent on ROS we can file, pay and respond to Revenue queries on your behalf.
Most people will pay a little less income tax from January 2027, because the 20% band rises to €46,500 for a single person and the main credits rise to €2,125. The PRSI increase from 1 October 2026 takes back some of that. Your own figures depend on your income.
