If the directors were born outside the EEA, a copy of either EU passports or photocopies of Irish residency cards are also required.

Leading an employment agency without a license is against the law. If caught, the fine can be up to €2500 initially, with an additional fine of €1000 for each day the offense continues.Following this, if the offense persists, there may be further penalties.
You are only permitted to commence operations of your employment agency once the license has been issued.
Renewal of License:
Upon expiration of the existing license, two essential documents may be required:
- A Police Clearance Certificate.
- The Existing License Number.
